Where Have I Been?

 When I started this blog, I never imagined that late in 2024 I was going to have to put my life on hold due to unforseen health issues, more specifically esophagal cancer. Fortunately, they caught it early and there wasn't much there to begin with but it has taken up almost a year of my life and many things, like this blog, have been put on hold. I've now finished the treatment and I'm due to see the consultant again in late August when I should get to know if they have got rid of it all or not. I'm fairly hopeful that they have but there is still some uncertainty and I will be glad to know for sure. I hope now to start finally adding pieces to this blog. There is still much to transfer from my old site but you should see more posts appearing here over the next few weeks and months.
